The Swallow Theatre Story

The Swallow Theatre is a 50-seat venue in rural Dumfries and Galloway, and is located about three miles from Whithorn (Scotland’s earliest Christian settlement and one of its very oldest towns) and ten miles from Wigtown (Scotland’s book town).

The Swallow Theatre Association

The Swallow Theatre Association, is a registered charity which has been affiliated to the theatre since 1997 and supports events that would not be viable in such a small rural venue.

When you become a Friend of The Swallow Theatre you also automatically become a member of The Swallow Theatre Association.
